Printing BST (High-K Dielectric) with the IDS NanoJet

Did you know the IDS NanoJet aerosol printer can print ceramics? This barium strontium titanate (BST) dielectric was printed on our NanoJet Gen2 system forming a high-K dielectric layer.

The NanoJet’s stable atomization and precise material control make prints like this possible, opening the door to new ways of working with high-K dielectrics and other advanced materials. This print method is non-contact and high-resolution (traces down to 10 µm).

If your team is exploring dielectric development or ceramic printing, we’re happy to share more.
