Hardware Solutions
A turnkey solution for pilot production and advanced R&D, the NanoJet Free Standing printer includes the Gen2 aerosol print head, IDS Focus software, a 400 × 300 × 100 mm print volume, heated platen, and integrated process-monitoring tools for stable, high-resolution printing.
The NanoJet Desktop is a compact, table-top platform ideal for R&D. The printer comes with the Gen2 aerosol print head and offers a 300 × 200 × 50 mm print volume for precise, high-resolution printing. The Desktop comes equipped with integrated process and alignment cameras, along with a Process Control Module, enclosure, solvent vapor system, and spares kit
The NanoJet Subsystems include an easy to integrate aerosol print head and a rack-mountable Process Control Module (PCM). These versatile print modules are perfect for integration into multi-tool platforms, high-volume manufacturing environments as individual or multi-head additions, multi-axis motion platform integration, and for use when printing on large and non-planar substrates
The dual-material printhead enables simultaneous deposition of two materials in an ambient environment, combining them in real time during the printing process. This capability opens new avenues for materials science research and allows scientists to study the physical and chemical interactions of combined materials.
Optional laser and UV processing modules for in-place processing and metallization of low temperature substrates.
CUSTOM HARDWARE DESIGN
Custom engineering services range from small modifications and accessories to full printer customization for production environments. If an off-the-shelf solution doesn’t meet your requirements, IDS will work with you to develop one that does.
