NanoJet Gen2 Subsystem
Manufacturing-Ready Print Subsystem
The NanoJet Gen2 system (2024, updated 2026) builds on the proven Gen1 architecture while delivering a step-change in usability and process consistency. Core printing principles remain the same, but the execution has been refined to reduce variability, shorten setup time, and ensure reliable results from day to day.
Integration Friendly

The compact IDS printhead is easily integrated into various additive manufacturing platforms
The NanoJet Gen2 system is designed for flexible integration across a wide range of motion platforms, from retrofits on existing IDS Gen1 systems to third-party equipment including CNC machines, robotic stages, and multi-axis platforms. Its adaptable architecture enables seamless deployment in both high-end and cost-effective configurations, depending on application needs. IDS engineers are available to support integration efforts, including guidance on system setup and custom mounting bracket design.

Rack-mountable
Accepts 120 or 230 V

Simplified universal mounting
Compact design for single integration or multi-head configurations
