The OpenLab is an entry-level NanoJet system built around a Subsystem with a 3rd-party motion platform accessory package. Designed for universities, research labs, and startups seeking a lower-cost entry point
The OpenLab Includes:

- Motion accuracy of ±10 um
- 235 x 235 mm heated platen (non-vacuum)

- Ships with silver ink and test ink to enable immediate process development
- Open motion control architecture compatible with open-source tools such as Candle

- Larger aerosol chamber for higher output and improved aerosol stability
- Improved XY symmetry for uniform line quality in all directions
- Quick-disconnect fittings for faster setup and maintenance
- Cartridge contains all wetted components (minimal cleaning between materials)

- Fully digitized shutter control (eliminates manual needle valve)

Part Alignment and Inspection
The system includes onboard cameras which are used for real-time process monitoring, part inspection, substrate alignment, and visual metrology of printed features.
